"China has deployed new cruise missiles near Taiwan, bolstering its ballistic missile force of more than 1,000 missiles targeting the island, according to a Taiwan press report. The United Daily News online news service recently reported that Chinese YJ-62A missiles were deployed on the southeast China coast."
