Now all of a sudden his order is absolutely filled with this stuff, with no rebuttals from Venessa,' he said. 'We submitted affidavits on her behalf that thoroughly dealt with all these accusations.

'These affidavits showed this was gossip and not accurate, conjured up by ex-members with their own personal agendas and axes,' he said."
