"While CNN reporter Susan Roesgen became obviously upset when a Tax Day tea partier compared President Obama to Hitler, she showed no such concern when a protester did the same to President Bush in 2006.
'You know, what is this supposed to mean?' she asked an April 15 tea partier with an agitated tone as she pointed to his anti-Obama poster.
'What do you mean by that?' she demanded, jabbing at his Obama-Hitler representation.
The protester responded, 'He's a fascist.'
'Why do you say he's a fascist?' She asked. 'He's the president of the United States. Do you realize how offensive that is?'"
While Roesgen was clearly upset with the Obama-Hitler comparison, another video shows she unflinchingly referred to a Hitler mask as a President Bush "lookalike" in 2006.
In a Jan. 13, 2006, CNN clip Roesgen reported on another protest during President Bush's administration.
"They and their teachers say more money is needed to fix the levies and they hope the president would stop by after his meeting with business leaders," Roesgen said in a voiceover. "But while a lookalike showed up with a wad of cash, Mr. Bush did not."
