Obama's 'civilian national security force'

Obama's 'civilian national security force':
"he made this rather shocking (and chilling) pledge: 'We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.'"

What the heck is this...his own personal Brown Shirts or SS troops? And what are the "national security objectives" that have been set? And who "set" them? This is a very serious statement. This guy sounds so scary to me, and others too who know some of the history about dictators and their horrors on their own people. The fact is that often in history, as well as today, evil men were not secret on their plans of what they'd do once in power. Yet the people seem to have not listened or cared to take it for real. And then the unthinkable happened, but it was too late for them to return things back to normal. I don't want this for my country or my family...do you? Then today is the day for you to do something about it to save you and your family from a very real threat to our way of life as free men and women. Don't be fooled.
