3 of 4 universities censor speech

"says policies at 364 colleges and universities were reviewed, and 74 percent 'maintain policies that clearly restrict speech that, outside the borders of campus, is protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.'

'Unfortunately, this year's report demonstrates that – despite decades of precedent declaring speech codes unlawful and two decisions this year alone – the majority of colleges and universities brazenly maintain policies that violate students' and faculty members' fundamental rights,' said FIRE President Greg Lukianoff. 'Everyone who values the free exchange of ideas should be deeply disturbed by these findings.'"

How can a place, system or persons that restrict the rights of everyone of their students, and fellow teachers or employees, teach freedom of speech or how to appreciate and love it? If our nation's so-called "highly-intelligent" college professors use censorship daily, how will, or even how could their students see freedom of speech as a "fundamental" human right? Then again, this is both exactly what Marxism is all about (central control), and the ideas, principles and ways taught at most of the nation's colleges and universities could never be accomplished without this anti-freedom of speech, anti-free exchange of ideas type of atmosphere...in their anti-American, anti-Christian classrooms.
