The government, amid this economic downturn, should raise taxes on the rich and not worry about deficit spending, says Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass.

Aren't the Liberals and Obama/Biden daily attacking Bush for "spending" too much and giving us a huge deficit? And they want to spend trillions more ASAP if they get into office? They must want to break us financially to get something else other than "helping the poor" done soon.
