Hip-Hop-Dancing Colin Powell Fuels Speculation He'll Endorse Obama - FOXNews.com Elections

"His address at the 'Africa Rising' celebration inside London's Royal Albert Hall fueled speculation that an endorsement of Barack Obama is imminent.

Powell -- who has yet to back a candidate -- told the audience: 'I stand before you as an African-American. Many people have said to me you became secretary of state of the USA, is it still necessary to say that you are an African American or that you are black? And I say yes, so that we can remind our children.'

'It took a lot of people struggling to bring me to this point in history,' Powell told the audience. 'I didn't just drop out of the sky. People came from my continent in chains.'"

What is it about these malottos that continue to claim that Africa is their "continent" and that keep reminding us that they come from slavery? Is racism ever going to end in this country? No! And not because of a lack of white people pushing for it to end, but because of the overwhelming numbers of blacks that don't want it to. They seem to profit, one way or another, too much to let it just drop and die. Again, another reason why racism is a joke. It's nothing more than a code word for a long list of things that at the end of the day translates only as a means of getting what they want. That is for blacks and white liberals, the only real "racists" in this country. Colin Powell is a real sellout. He once lead the charge that America is good and a land of opportunity. I guess America is now a "down right mean country", like the Obama team says.
